My wife, Kim, and I, opened our doors this weekend to host a NAU TV party.  Cinco de Mayo provided the theme and an excuse to make my carnitas and chile verde.  Nearly the entire staff showed up to enjoy fellowship.

NAU TV hosted a live press conference yesterday from the Walkup Skydome.  Hosted by Mitch Strohman, viewers got to hear from President John Haeger, NAU’s new Athletic Director Lisa Campos, and incoming Head Basketball Coach Jack Murphy.
